How to track your referral

To chase your referral please contact the appointment centre on 01784 884351 or 01932723831

Until your initial appointment is booked and confirmed by the appointment centre, no other department will be aware of your referral; therefore, they are unable to offer any assistance. 

Once a referral has been made by your GP Practice, the responsibility for your onward appointment and further treatment is transferred to the NHS referral service, and subsequently the hospital / specialist team you will receive your treatment from. 

Your GP team are not able to book or chase these appointments for you.

Use the NHS App or Website : If you have the NHS App, you can manage your hospital referrals and appointments, including viewing and potentially booking your first appointment through the e-Referral service.
